CLASSICAL GUITAR
Ben is a well-established and passionate classical guitarist specialising in guitar performance after graduating from the University of Surrey with a First-Class BMus (Hons) in 2021.

Ben has performed at the Royal Albert Hall on two occasions with the Verano Quintet and Ashford Guitar Ensemble, after receiving numerous national awards for the Quintet's success. In addition, Ben also performed alongside world-world-renwoned flamenco guitarist Juan MartÃn on his UK Tour.

His final year dissertation topic, in which he received a first class for, was investigating the philosophies and relationships between the classical guitarist and twentieth and twenty-first century scores. Ben interviewed accomplished guitarists Gary Ryan, Miloš Karadaglić and Stephen Goss.

Ben has also won three classical performance scholarships in all three years of university education, and has released his debut solo guitar album, Personal Tradition

Music for Youth Proms 2016
The Verano Guitar Quintet (Ben Uden, Richard Williams, Adam Young, Phillip Scott-Moore, Emmanuel Webb), performed at the Royal Albert Hall, after winning several national performance awards at the National Finals in Birmingham.
OTOÑO QUINTET
Performing at the Music for Youth Finals in Birmingham several times, the Otoño Quintet have been nationally successful. Ben acts as Musical Advisor to the group alongside Musical Director, David green.
